We were good to go with our nighttime diaper. We've been using several different kinds of diapers with their regular inserts, plus a Loopy-Do. Everything was working fine, until...Little Man started sleeping on his side. Side-sleeping changes everything.
So back to the drawing board. I know I've read posts and reviews out there about side-sleeping solutions, so I'll be on the lookout for those again. For now, I admit, we're using disposables at night. I think I may even stick with that for right now, before I go on a hunt again. We are having some sleeping issues, and while I tackle that, I don't think I want to add the dryness hurdle.

I guiltily admit to using disposables at night as well for my toddler and infant. (I think I blogged about it a couple of weeks ago as I got my blog started - mamabubbles.blogspot.com) We've tried different pocket diapers, using wool covers. Layers of hemp and microfleece. No matter what we do, their pjs and sheets are wet in the morning. And sometimes they wake up crying at night because they are wet and uncomfortable. So we try different things on occasion, when I hear about something new. But for now, it's disposables at night. :/ At least we get sleep!
Thanks, scody. I'm glad to hear about other cloth-diapering mommies using disposable at night. I keep thinking I'm going to go back to cloth at night and find the right combo, but I just haven't yet. And we shouldn't feel guilty - yet, we do. Too much Mommy-guilt out there!
